There are several aspects that can be processed so that heat is not “bake” home:

Orientation

To avoid the heat, the buildings could be faced with red Kea north-south. This direction allows us to get bright sun, without joining the heat entering into the house.

Building design

In the limited circumstances, buildings are designed in such a way as to be able to enter the wind. For example with the use of the courtyard which could catch the wind or use a wall to deflect the wind so the wind will pass through the region of interest.

1. Open the plastic wrapper Mattresses and Divan to avoid moldy and air circulation more smoothly.

2. Squeeze back into the wall so strong and sturdy.

3. Clean with a soft brush, vacuum cleaner before using it and is conducted every three months.

4. Use bed sheets to keep clean and would be better added mattress protector.

5. Dry mattress in the sun once a month, but do not hang directly under the sun.

6. Do not sit in side edge of the mattress so the mattress remains flat (not curved).

In order to stay on the home course home care should always be done especially if there is damage or there are parts that need to be repaired. Renovation has several goals first, to changes in spatial structure (layout), the addition of new functions in the home, and expansion of its various spaces. Also could be an improvement, House structure, pipeline and various other things. Third is to beautify residential purposes.

Things that could be renovated

Renovations can be classified into three mild problems such as the minor renovation, medium renovations and heavy renovations.
